We love nothing more than getting to dress up and eat a yummy meal, and that's exactly what we did for Allen's Birthday! We're so obsessed with the food at Crustacean and thought there was no better place to celebrate :). We decided to sit in the chef's kitchen and oh my god, the experience was AMAZING!
Seeing it all go down in the kitchen and watching your next plate being made in front of you was so fun!! We let Chef Tony take control of ordering for us and went from there! I love how he was able to make everything vegan for us too. Their Garlic Noodles are to die for and make sure you order the Vegan Crab Cake also!!
Now onto the outfit 'cause I can talk about food all day- lol! I ordered this dress by New Look from ASOS and was waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it, and this is was it! To be honest, I chose something flowy since I knew I would be eating... A LOT! Priorities ;). I decided to tie the bow on the back instead of the front like its shown online- for some reason that looked more dressy to me.
I love this sort of dress because you can dress it up like I did with heeled mules or wear sneakers for a casual day out! I'll for sure be styling it that way next time!
For my makeup, I went with my go-to look which is just focusing on the perfecting the face makeup and leaving the eyes light with mascara! I posted a video recently showing all of the steps, click here to watch. Anytime I do dewy makeup, I want the rest of my body to have the same amount of glow, so I used my Fenty Beauty Body Lava in Brown Sugar for that golden look!
I had such a great time enjoying delicious food, drinking rosé, and celebrating my love's birthday! Can't wait to go back again!
